1. What payment methods do you accept?
All online orders are processed through our merchant services. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, Amex, Bank Debit Card (MasterCard and Visa).

If you would like to pay by personal check, Money Order, or Cashier's check, you may send your order along with payment by postal mail. Click here for our mailing address. Please allow ten days for personal checks to clear. For your convenience, we also accept phone orders, mail orders and email orders.

NOTE: We do not accept credit card orders by postal mail.

2. How much does shipping cost?

3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Nearly all of our orders ship within 1-2 business days. This means that if you order something on a Tuesday before 5PM EST, it will ship on Thursday at the very latest. With transit time included, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days, but it is not uncommon for our customers to receive orders sooner than that. 

Please note: that if you pay with E-check, it usually takes about four days to clear.

4. Do you accept international orders?
No, we apologize we are presently only shipping within the U.S. and Canada

5. What is your return policy?
We offer an unconditional money back guarantee (less shipping and handling costs) for 21 days from the date ordered. Due to our fast shipping policy (1-2 business days), this allows enough time for you to receive the order, to return it if not satisfied, and to receive the refund through PayPal. In the event that we do not ship in 1-2 business days, which rarely happens, we will extend the allowable return time to reflect that. Please send us an email, however, to let us know if you are sending a return.

Bulk orders are not returnable.

6. Do you give bulk discounts for large orders and fundraisers?
If you order 20 items or more, your order may qualify for a bulk discount. Due to potential fraud, all bulk orders MUST be paid for by Money Order or Cashier's Check ONLY and are not returnable. Therefore, we highly encourage all our new customers to place a small order with us BEFORE ordering in bulk. NOTE: Please send us your bulk request through email--do not use the Paypal shopping cart.  Serious inquiries only, please.

7. Can you send me a printed catalog?
No, we do not currently print catalogs.
